| UPS / Fed-Ex DELIVERY
Many of the items are delivered via UPS/FedEx and many do not require a signature upon delivery. To track your purchase, please go to www.UPS.com or www.FedEx.com.
If you have not received a tracking number by e-mail from us, you may track your order by your purchase order number on our website. If you have any questions or encounter a problem, please email us for further assistance.
Please inspect your purchase on delivery to ensure there is no damage sustained in transit. If there is damage, please contact us immediately or on the next business day so we may assist you in the replacement of your order and contact the shipper.
Please do not wait as this could result in you not receiving a replacement. Many of our manufacturers wish to have the package returned and will handle necessary paperwork with shipper. There may be instances that the shipper (UPS/FedEx) may want to inspect or pick-up the damaged item.
