Packing & Sending Your Return or Exchange
Once you receive your RMA, write this code on the return sticker you will find at the bottom of your original invoice, and affix the sticker to the outside of the box your item came in.
Place the item and all the original packaging (if you have it) in the shipping box.
You may ship it via any carrier you choose. Be sure to ship your item fully insured and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment was received.
No long have original packaging?
It would be wise to have it packaged professionally at a UPS Store or the equivalent. If you chose to do it yourself, please make sure it is well protected.
Inside the box, please include your contact information, the order number and the reason for the return. Also please include what you would like done (refund, new product shipped, etc.). On the outside of the box, write the RMA number and the appropriate address that was given to you for return. Make sure that the item is well protected and the package is well sealed before shipping. We ask that the item be shipped either UPS or USPS as this allows for tracking the package.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in return transit so please make sure you receive a tracking number and package is insured.
NOTE: You MUST insure your return as Only Trinket Boxes is NOT responsible for any loss of or damage during return shipping to us. Non-insured, non-RMA(unauthorized) or improperly packaged returns will NOT be accepted.
When we receive your return, A Quality Assurance member will examine your item to assess condition and claim of defect or just verify undamaged return. An e-mail notification regarding your return and/or exchange will be sent within 7 business days after receipt. All replacement items will be shipped immediately after Quality Assessment approval.
