
EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new and unused condition and inside its original packaging for an exchange. Please view our "Packing & Sending Your Return or Exchange" link if original packaging is not available.
All returned items for exchange will be examined and inspected by our quality assurance staff prior to exchange to verify it is in new, unused condition. You will receive e-mail notification regarding your returned item and status. Exchanges will be shipped immediately after verification.
A Refund or Charge for the Difference of the exchange item price will be applied. You will be billed the actual cost of shipping & handling for your exchange purchase. This is determined by weight of item. Original shipping fees paid (if any) are non refundable and return shipping is at the customer's expense.

To return any item please: Visit our website and Login under "Order Status" and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you receive your RMA by email, please go to "Packing & Sending Your Return or Exchange" link in the Online Help Center for info on returning your purchase.
