Yes, there's Free Shipping on all Items but, we do ask from our customers:
THAT ALL ITEMS ARE CHECKED ONCE DELIVERED. This insures that if a replacement needs to be sent that there is time to deliver it before the holidays.
Damage Items:
Please report all damages and request return/ replacement or exchange within 3 weeks of the date of delivery
Very Important:
- If you have emailed us concerning return or replacement, please be patient. We are processing each request in the order received and you are covered by the return policy IF you have emailed us already through your Customer Login.
- Please do not reply to your order confirmation or receipt. These emails are not received by customer service staff and will not be answered.
- For updated information concerning your order, please Login to Your Account.
Return Credits:
Please Note: All Return or Damage Item Credits take 1-2 Billing Cycles to show on your credit card. Please allow a least 1 month or more for the credit to be processed.
This includes time needed for item to be returned, checked, paperwork processed and credit to be given. |

Only Trinket Boxes guarantees all our products to be free of manufacturer defect and inferior quality workmanship and stand behind all our products 100 percent. We work hard to ensure your complete satisfaction from order placement to delivery and returns.
All products have a return policy of 30 days from date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it for another item within 30 DAYS of delivery to you. Please read all information below concerning Returns/ Damaged Items and Exchanges.
Received a Damaged Item?
WE ASK THAT ALL ITEMS ARE CHECKED ONCE DELIVERED.
You must contact us within 14 DAYS of delivery if item is received damaged. Additional time is given for return and damage requests during Holiday shopping season (please see below under Holiday Shopping)
If your purchased item should display a manufacturer defect after 30 days, we will have the item returned to us and will assess the condition of the item. If deemed defective, we will replace it with an identical or comparable item within a year of purchase. We reserve the right to decide on replacement.
Manufacturer defect after 14 days of delivery and up to 1 year does not include chips, cracks, hinge damage, scratches or other such damage that can be deemed customer damage.
Refused Delivery or an Undeliverable or "Return to Sender" Order:
If you refuse delivery of a purchased item or it is returned for any reason OR the purchased item is undeliverable or delivered to the wrong address due to you providing the wrong shipping address, you will be charged for the outgoing shipping fees, return shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee for the item(s). We apologize for this inconvenience but, items returned must be traced back and are most often damaged when they return causing incurred expenses for us. We do not wish to pass this on to all our customers by raising prices and must charge to the original customer of the order.
Returns:
All returns have a restocking fee of 12% or $10 minimum of purchase price unless requesting an exchange. Original shipping fees paid (if any) are non refundable and return shipping is at the customer‘s expense. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging.
All returned items will be examined and inspected by our quality assurance staff prior to credit being given and if in new, unused condition and inside its original packaging, your credit card will be given a credit/refund minus the 12% or $10 minimum of purchase price restocking fee and minus original shipping fees(ie. expedited shipping paid by you). You will receive an e-mail notification once you have been refunded.
Credits/Refunds:
Please allow 4-6 weeks for a refund or credit to be issued.
This could mean that the credit will take 1-2 billing cycles to show on your regular billing statement from your credit card company.

To return any item please: Visit our website and Login under “Customer Login” (located on every page at the top far right) and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you receive your RMA by email, please go to “Packing & Sending Your Return or Exchange” link in the Online Help Center for info on returning your purchase.
