You must provide a valid email address so that you receive your order confirmation, receipt & tracking #. Please be aware that if an issue should arise with you order, we contact by email. If there is a wrong email address, you may not recieve this important info.
Phone#'s are necessary for us to provide to UPS on demand to help insure your order is delivered. For Shipping claims the shipping carrier will need to reach you by phone ie. FedEx or UPS. We may need to reach by phone also concerning your order and we do not leave voice messages as this may be heard by someone that should not hear the message and we could ruin your gift surprise. If ordering an armoire, some are delivered by a trucking company due to their size. The trucking company will call to schedule an appt/delivery time with you.
