Damaged Items:
Please report all damages and request return/ replacement or exchange within 2 weeks of the date of delivery. All packing materials must be saved & used to return or replace an item.

Very Important:
1. If you have emailed us concerning return or replacement, please be patient. We are processing each request in the order received and you are covered by the return policy IF you have emailed us already through your Customer Login
2. Please do not reply to your order confirmation or receipt. These emails are not received by customer service staff and will not be answered.
3. For updated information concerning your order, please Customer Login to Your Account.
RETURNS MADE EASY

We guarantees all our products to be free of manufacturer defect and inferior quality workmanship and stand behind all our products 100 percent. We work hard to ensure your complete satisfaction from order placement to delivery and returns.

All products have a return policy of 30 days from date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it for another item within 30 DAYS of delivery to you. Please read all information below concerning Returns/ Damaged Items and Exchanges and our link for Packing & Sending you Return or Exchange.

Early Holiday Shoppers
Please contact us after placing your order concerning return policy. In many cases exceptions can be made for orders delivered before Nov. 15th to extend the return policy. No extension for armoires.

Received a Damaged Item?

WE ASK THAT ALL ITEMS ARE CHECKED ONCE DELIVERED.
You must contact us within 14 DAYS of delivery if item is received damaged. Additional time is given for return and damage requests during Holiday shopping season (please see info listed above during Holiday Season).
If your purchased item should display a manufacturer defect after 30 days, we may have the item returned to us to assess the condition of the item. If deemed defective, we will replace it with an identical or comparable item within a year of purchase for most items. Please check each item on our website for warranty period. We reserve the right to decide on replacement.

Manufacturer defect after 14 days of delivery and up to 1 year does not include chips, cracks, hinge damage, scratches or other such damage that can be deemed customer damage. Some items have different warranty times. Please view each product for warranty period.

**We cannot expedite shipping for replacements unless customer pays expedited shipping cost so, please check your item when delivered.

If your purchased item should display any manufacturer defect, please view our "Product Warranty""Product Warranty" also found under "Help Center". We appreciate your business and will do our best to make this process as smooth and easy as possible for you.

Refused Delivery, Undeliverable or "Return to Sender" Order:
If you refuse delivery of a purchased item or it is returned for any reason OR the purchased item is undeliverable or delivered to the wrong address due to you providing the wrong shipping address, you will be charged for the outgoing shipping fees, return shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee for the item(s). We apologize for this inconvenience but, items returned must be traced back, are most often damaged when they return and we are charged the return shipping. We do not wish to pass this on to all our customers by raising prices and must charge to the original customer of the order.

Returns:
All returns have a restocking fee of 12% or $10 minimum of purchase price unless requesting an exchange. Original shipping fees paid (if any) are non refundable and return shipping is at the customer's expense.

All Returns MUST be repackaged in all the Original Packaging and Materials i.e. Foam, silica gel packs, inner gift box/packaging and original shipping box etc. "Exactly how you received it". All items must be in Unused and Undamaged condition. A sign of use or damage not noted to us or by us prior to return voids the return policy and you will not be credited, nor will item be return to you unless it is at your expense.
You must have the inner packaging & gift box for return no exceptions will be given. All returns & exchanges that are returned in just a gift box and/or without inner packaging (foam, gel packs etc.) or without an outer new or the original shipping box will be refused and may be returned to sender at your expense. Brown paper covered boxes will be refused.

All returned items will be examined and inspected by our quality assurance staff prior to credit being given and if in new, unused condition and inside its original packaging, your credit card will be given a credit/refund minus the 12% or $10 minimum of purchase price restocking fee and minus original shipping fees(ie. expedited shipping paid by you or our actual shipping costs that fall under free shipping). You will receive an e-mail notification once you have been refunded.

Please note: Our products ship with free shipping and our actual shipping costs to you will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return:
We have specific guidelines to ensure a quick, hassle-free return process. Please read the information below to help you through any needed return.
To return any item please: Visit our website and Login under "Customer Login" (located on every page at the top right) and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please do not return without"RMA #". Returning without RMA# may result in item being refused/returned to you.
Once you receive your RMA by email, please go to "Packing & Sending Your Return or Exchange" link in the Online Help Center for info on returning your purchase.

Credits/Refunds:
Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for a refund or credit to be issued.
Please Note: All Return or Damage Item Credits may take 1-2 Billing Cycles to show on your credit card. Please allow an estimate of 4 weeks or more for the credit to be processed.

This includes time needed for item to be returned from you(5-7 business days), checked in(2-7 business days), paperwork processed(3-5 business days) and credit to be given and show in your account(3-5 business days).

If a chargeback or a request to reverse charges is filed by you and is ruled in our favor, you will be charged a $30 chargeback processing fee. Please work with us to resolve any issue before contacting your credit card company. We are always happy to help resolve any issues that may have occurred.
