Once you receive your RMA, write this # under the return address and include inside the package.
Please do not return without an "RMA#". Returning without RMA# will result in item being refused/returned to you at your expense.
All Returns MUST be Repackaged in all the Original Packaging and Materials ie. foam, silica gel packs, inner gift box/packaging and original shipping box etc. "Exactly how you received it". All items must be in Unused and Undamaged condition. A sign of use or damage not noted prior to return voids the return policy and you will not be credited, nor will item be return to you unless it is at your expense.
You must have the inner packaging & gift box for return no exceptions will be given All returns & exchanges that are returned in a gift box without inner packaging (foam, gel packs etc.) or without an outer new or the original shipping box will be refused and may be returned to sender at your expense. Brown paper covered boxes will be refused.
Addressing your return Please use an enveloped taped to the box or a label, write the RMA number under your return address and the appropriate address that was given to you for return on a label or envelope. Make sure that the item is well protected and the package is well sealed before shipping. We ask that the item be shipped either UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority as this allows for tracking the package.
No long have original outer shipping box? We are willing to except returns without the original shipping outer box BUT, it must be packed in a new not used shipping box. It would be wise to have it packaged professionally at a UPS Store or the equivalent. If you chose to do it yourself, please make sure it is well protected and box is filled with shipping peanuts or other materials as any movement in the box can caused damage and UPS, FedEx and USPS will not honor your insurance claims.
Shipping & Insurance You may ship it via any carrier you choose. You must fully insure your item and request a delivery confirmation or a tracking# for proof that your shipment was received back to us. We cannot issue refunds nor file claims for items you are returning in the event of damage during shipping so please make sure you receive a tracking number or delivery confirmation# and package is insured. Customer is responsible for filing claims concerning their return in case of damage or loss of package. Please make sure it is well
