If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new and unused condition and inside its original packaging for an exchange. Item must be received before or on the 30 day deadline. Any item received after this time, we have the right to refuse the delivery back to JewelryBoxDirect.com. This does NOT apply to the extended Holiday Return Period which has an extended return period.
All returned items for exchange MUST include "ALL" of the original packaging both internal and the original shipping box. No exceptions will be made. All returns for exchange will be examined and inspected by our quality assurance staff prior to exchange to verify it is in new, unused condition. You will receive e-mail notification regarding your returned item and status. Exchanges will be shipped immediately after verification unless an order was placed for the exchange separately.
A Refund or Charge for the Difference and the actual cost of shipping & handling for your exchange will be charged to you credit card separately and an email notification of this charge will be sent to you at the time of charge. Shipping charge is determined by weight of item. Original shipping fees paid (if any) are non refundable and return shipping is at the customer's expense.
