We warrants each of its products to be free of manufacturer defect and inferior workmanship. If your purchased item should display any such defect, we will replace it with an identical or comparable item with in the set time frame for each item as specified on the item page below the description and pictures. Warranties vary for items.
WE ASK THAT ALL ITEMS ARE CHECKED ONCE DELIVERED. You must contact us within 14 DAYS of delivery if item is received damaged. Additional time is given for return and damage requests during Holiday shopping season (please see info listed above during Holiday Season). **We cannot expedite shipping for replacements unless customer pays expedited shipping cost so, please check your item when delivered.
Please be sure to save all packaging and boxes received with your order. These are required for replacement/return of the item. If your purchased item should display a manufacturer defect after 30 days, we may have the item returned to us and will assess the condition of the item. If deemed defective, we will replace it with an identical or comparable item within a year of purchase. We reserve the right to decide on replacement.
If defective, a return label will be emailed or mailed via USPS for you to return the damaged item. Label is to be attached to actual shipping box & dropped off at any location where UPS is picked up including handing to a UPS driver or UPS store. Replacements are sent asap. All returns are checked once received to verify that item is damaged & actual item in enclosed along with all the packing materials.
Manufacturer defect after 14 days of delivery and up to 1 year does not include chips, cracks, hinge damage, scratches or other such damage that can be deemed customer damage.
This warranty includes replacement of defective or missing parts, or complete replacement of product due to manufacturers defect. If there is a defective or missing part, when possible, it may be sent without the return of the item. All items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and will include information about possible special care concerning your item and other useful info.
