Many of the items are delivered via UPS/FedEx and many do not require a signature upon delivery. To track your purchase, please go to UPS.com or FedEx.com If you have not received a tracking number by e-mail from us, you may track your order by your purchase order number on our website. If you have any questions or encounter a problem, please email us for further assistance.
Please inspect your purchase on delivery to ensure there is no damage sustained in transit. If there is damage, please contact us immediately or within 2 weeks, no later so we may assist you in the replacement of your order and handle claims with UPS or FedEx.
Please do not wait as this could result in you not receiving a replacement. There may be instances that the shipper (UPS/FedEx) may want to inspect/ pick-up the damaged item or ask a few questions prior to return or concerning delivery and may contact you directly.
